PRP / PRF Therapy

Platelet-Rich Regenerative Treatment

PRP and PRF therapy harness the regenerative power of your own blood's growth factors to stimulate collagen production, accelerate healing, and rejuvenate skin from within.

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) therapy represent the frontier of regenerative aesthetics. By concentrating your own blood's growth factors and injecting them into targeted areas, these treatments stimulate a powerful natural healing and regeneration response — improving skin quality, hair growth, and tissue repair without synthetic ingredients.

Key Benefits

Uses your own blood — no foreign substances

Stimulates natural collagen and elastin production

Improves skin texture, tone, and quality

Accelerates healing after other treatments

Treats hair loss (PRP for hair restoration)

Natural, biocompatible treatment

Minimal downtime

Progressive improvement over 3–6 months

Can be combined with microneedling for enhanced results

What Is PRP and PRF?

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is created by drawing a small amount of your blood, processing it in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets, and then injecting or applying the resulting platelet-rich plasma to the treatment area. Platelets contain growth factors — proteins that signal cells to proliferate, differentiate, and produce new tissue.

PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is a second-generation platelet concentrate that uses a slower centrifuge speed to preserve more growth factors and create a fibrin matrix that releases growth factors slowly over time. PRF is considered an advancement over PRP, providing a more sustained regenerative effect.

PRP/PRF for Facial Rejuvenation

When injected into the face, PRP/PRF growth factors stimulate fibroblast activity, collagen production, and angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation). The result is improved skin quality, texture, and firmness over the following weeks and months.

PRP/PRF is particularly effective when combined with microneedling — the micro-channels created by the needles allow the growth factors to penetrate deeply into the dermis, amplifying the collagen-stimulating effect. This combination is often called the 'Vampire Facial.'

PRP for Hair Restoration

PRP therapy is one of the most effective non-surgical treatments for hair loss. When injected into the scalp, PRP growth factors stimulate dormant hair follicles, extend the anagen (growth) phase of the hair cycle, and improve the overall health of the follicle.

PRP hair restoration is effective for androgenetic alopecia (pattern hair loss) in both men and women, as well as other forms of hair thinning. Most patients require 3–4 initial treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart, followed by maintenance treatments every 3–6 months.

Am I a Good Candidate?

PRP/PRF therapy is appropriate for adults seeking natural skin rejuvenation, hair restoration, or accelerated healing after other aesthetic treatments. Because it uses your own blood, it is one of the safest treatments available with minimal risk of allergic reaction. It is not recommended for patients with certain blood disorders or those taking blood thinners.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is PRP/PRF painful?

+

A blood draw is required, which most patients find minimally uncomfortable. The injection process uses topical numbing cream to minimize discomfort. Most patients tolerate the treatment very well.

When will I see results?

+

PRP/PRF results develop gradually over 3–6 months as new collagen is produced. Initial improvements in skin quality and hydration are often noticeable within 4–6 weeks.

How many treatments do I need?

+

Most patients require 3–4 initial treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart, followed by maintenance treatments every 6–12 months.
